Kia Donates Over $4.6 Million to Nonprofits Last Year
Kia America announced on the 9th that it raised over $4.6 million through its “Accelerate the Good” dealer match program as part of its social impact initiatives last year. The company also disclosed that it donated more than $1.5 million each to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and No Kid Hungry.

Now in its fourth year, the program aims to support nonprofits across the country in need of assistance. Kia has been providing various forms of support to charitable organizations such as food banks, children’s hospitals, and shelters for underserved communities. Since 2019, these efforts have resulted in over $30 million in donations to those in need, encompassing volunteer activities by employees, including organizing food pantries, beach cleanups, clothing donations, and supporting art programs at children’s hospitals.

Seungkyu Yoon, President of Kia North America and Kia America, stated, “Kia America prioritizes its commitment to local communities, and we take great pride in providing meaningful support to neighbors in need through this program every year.”
