On November 2, the second annual Korean Wave Art Festival, themed “The Rose of Sharon Has Blossomed,” was held with great success at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre. Organized by the Korean American Federation of Los Angeles and the Korean Dance Association in the United States, the event featured approximately 100 participants from five teams: Heeyeon Noh's Gyeonggi Minyo (Korean folk song group), NK Dance Studio, Eunghwa Kim Dance Company, the Korean American Ballet Association’s Jin Ballet School, and the Goun Dance Company. Director Jin Choi remarked, “This event was a meaningful celebration of growth in Korean-American cultural arts, harmonizing tradition and modernity, and showcasing the artistic expression of Korean-American artists.”
